What is color and seal?
Color and seal applies a stain to change or refresh the color of your grout, then seals it in. It is great for old, stained or uneven grout. We quote it case by case after we see the floor.
How often should tile and grout be professionally cleaned?
We recommend a professional grout cleaning about every 2 years to keep buildup out of the grout lines and the seal in good shape.
How long until I can walk on it?
Usually a short time after cleaning. If we seal, we will give you exact timing before we leave.
