Our process
- We inspect the carpet and talk through what it needs and what it will cost.
- We move light furniture (anything one person can move, about 80 pounds or less) and, on Bronze and up, pre-soak heavier stains and traffic areas.
- We deep-clean with hot water extraction at up to 260F.
- If you add grooming for a faster dry, we groom the carpet and set up airflow so it dries in about 4 to 6 hours. The basic clean does not include this.
- We recommend staying off the carpet and being away for about 4 to 6 hours while it dries. Once it is fully dry, give it a vacuum: our cleaner encapsulates the dirt as it dries, so vacuuming lifts it out for an even cleaner result.
- We back every job with our 7-day re-clean promise. If a deep stain wicks back up from the padding, let us know within 7 days and we will return to do a low-moisture cleaning on that spot.

Every job is quoted case by case. We give you a free estimate over the phone, then your tech confirms the final quote in person once we see exactly what we are working with. That is the only way to price it accurately, with no surprises.

How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
Carpet manufacturers recommend a professional cleaning about every 6 months, especially in homes with pets, kids or heavy traffic. Regular cleaning keeps carpet healthier and can help protect your manufacturer warranty.
How long until my carpet is dry?
Add grooming for a faster dry and it is typically 4 to 6 hours. Without it, allow longer. We recommend staying off the carpet and being away for about 4 to 6 hours either way, then vacuuming once it is fully dry.
Will my pet stains and odor really come out?
Most do. We pre-treat pet stains and odor and will tell you honestly up front if something is permanent before we charge for extra treatment.
Will my area rug shrink?
We assess delicate and natural-fiber rugs first and clean them appropriately. If a rug should not be steam cleaned on site, we will tell you.
How does the free upgrade offer work?
Book 3 or more areas and choose one free upgrade on the area of your choice: Scotchgard protection or our Bronze pre-soak for traffic and odor. Up to a $25 value. The $129 minimum still applies. We give you a free estimate by phone, then confirm the final quote in person before we start.
