Our Services
Keep It Clean America provides residential and commercial carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery cleaning in our published Sacramento-area service cities. Estimates given online or by phone are ranges based on the information you provide; your technician confirms the final quote in person before work begins.

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is current. All content, logos, and photos are the property of Keep It Clean America and may not be reused without permission.
SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
Keep It Clean America offers two separate text programs. One is for appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, and service follow-ups. The other is for occasional promotional offers. They are not the same consent.
- Opt-in: You join appointment texts only by checking the unchecked appointment box on a website form. You join occasional offers only by checking the separate unchecked offers box. Checking one does not check the other. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your appointments and requests.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for texts.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can rejoin appointment texts by checking the appointment box again. You can rejoin offers by checking the offers box again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.
Our Guarantee
If you are not happy with a cleaned area, we come back within 7 days and re-clean it at no charge, one complimentary redo per job.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep It Clean America is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
