Keep It Clean America provides residential and commercial carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery cleaning in our published Sacramento-area service cities. Estimates given online or by phone are ranges based on the information you provide; your technician confirms the final quote in person before work begins.

SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
Keep It Clean America offers text messaging for appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and service follow-ups, and, for customers who opt in to them, occasional offers.
- Opt-in: You join the program by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms or by texting our business number first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your appointments and requests.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for texts.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.
Our Guarantee
If you are not happy with a cleaned area, we come back within 7 days and re-clean it at no charge, one complimentary redo per job.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep It Clean America is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law.
